Imagine my surprise when I accidentally discovered today that Trail has a branch of the CMHA.

I was beginning to think that my mental health services were limited to the local mental health clinic and the disability benefits program at The Ministry. I am happy to report that I am wrong, and that once again, the boonies are teaching me that I shouldn't make assumptions.
